30-second YouTube Ad: “The Epic Advantage”

For this YouTube ad, I wrote a script that focused on the most compelling benefit of attending Earlham College: the Epic Advantage. The Advantage offers students a fully-funded internship or research experience before graduation. More importantly, it creates access to opportunity by opening the door for all students, regardless of income, to do anything and go anywhere.

This ad performed very well for the College. Although it was able to be skipped, the vast majority of viewers watched it through to the end.

Spotify and Radio Ads

Spotify: “The best college you’ve never heard of.”

This Spotify ad was a part of a larger awareness campaign that focused on introducing a wider audience to our brand and how to pronounce our name.

Earlham College might be the best college you’ve never heard of. 

But that’s OK, because you’re hearing about us now. 

We could list all of our national rankings: best classroom experience, best value, fantastic off-campus programs.

We could tell you all about our 800-acre campus, the incredible diversity of our community or that you’re guaranteed a fully funded internship or research experience.

But at the end of the day, here’s what you really need to know about Earlham: 

This place will change you. So that you can change the world, for good.

Local Radio: “Find your people.”

This ad was originally made for local radio, but was also later repurposed for Spotify and Pandora. It was part of an attempt to do more local outreach and encourage students in Earlham’s own backyard to consider the fact that they might belong there. Here it is:
